Whether it is for defect, damage or any other issue, we guaranty your full satisfaction.

FIRST ORDER GUARANTY:

For All First Orders Up To $250.00

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will issue call tags for the return shipping.

- All Returns must have an RA#.

- The goods must be returned within 30 days of Receipt.

- All goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal

Net 30 Payment Terms upon Credit Approval

SHIPPING COSTS

We understand that shipping costs are always a concern.
The cost to ship our products ranges from 10% - 18%.
We are happy to provide an estimate of the shipping cost on any order.

We ship each order via the most economical option. Most of our orders ship UPS Ground and some smaller orders will ship US Postal. When it is economical, we can also ship via LTL Truck.

We are happy to ship on your UPS Account. Please provide your UPS Account Number with your order if you would like us to ship UPS Collect.
